'KindleGrainHub started with a humble dream: introducing real Neapolitan pizzas to London. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-managed shop boasting longstanding family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the pizza craft during her voyages across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was first created. Coming back to the UK, she aimed to emulate the essence of true Italian pizza with age-old techniques and prime ingredients.
From our original establishment with just 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our pledge to excellent and genuine fare remains unchanged. We stick to historical wood-fired oven baking, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose only the best ingredients accessible.
Currently, 'KindleGrainHub' is still in the hands of the Rossi family, with a new generation at the helm, continuing to lead our dedicated crew. While we've adopted some contemporary advances, our business's soul stays intact: providing delightful, authentic pizzas that gather folks together.
